The Odisha government has approved a total of 16 industrial project proposals worth Rs. 41.8 billion at the State Level Single Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCA) meeting. The projects that were approved belong to a variety of industries such as paper, wood & forestry; food processing; textiles, apparel & technical textiles; polymers & plastic products; waste management; tourism; etc. As many as six projects will be implemented in Khordha, three in Puri, two in Koraput and one each in Cuttack, Bhadrak, Dhamara, Mayurbhanj and Angul.
