Maharashtra CM announces road projects worth Rs 113.5 billion

Including Rs.53.4 billion NH project in Naned

On 19 April 2018, Maharashtra chief minister (CM) Devendra Fadnavis announced road projects worth Rs.113.5 billion for three districts of the state. This includes a Rs.53.4 billion, 548 kilometre-long national highway (NH) project in Nanded, a Rs.33.9 billion road project in Beed district and infrastructure projects worth Rs.26.1 billion for Parbhani district. On the occasion, the CM also reiterated the state government’s commitment to complete 30,000 kilometre of rural roads by 2019.
