NHAI awards 4 road projects in Telangana

Involving an investment outlay of Rs. 44.9 bln

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has awarded four road projects worth Rs. 44.9 billion in Telangana under the Bharatmala initiative. The projects include a Rs. 12 billion project for four laning of a 39.9 km stretch on national highway (NH)-161 from Kandi to Ramsanpalle; a Rs. 12.2 billion project for four laning of a 46.6 km stretch on NH-161 from Ramsanpalle village to Mangloor village; four laning of 48.9 kms on NH-161 from Mangloor village to Telangana/Maharashtra border at a cost of Rs. 10.8 billion and a Rs. 9.8 billion project for four laning of a 52.6 km stretch on NH-363 from Rapallewada to Telangana/Maharashtra border.
